Are you a visionary leader with a knack for streamlining processes and driving results? CheckPoint Spot is seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to take the helm of our Operations department. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO/Managing Director and play a pivotal role in shaping our operational strategy to support our exciting expansion across the ASEAN region.
About the Role
This is more than just a management position; it’s an opportunity to optimize and transform our day-to-day business. Your leadership will directly impact our efficiency, productivity, and profitability. You will be responsible for:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our ambitious business goals. You’ll set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire our Operations team. You will foster a positive and productive work culture, providing your team with the tools and professional development they need to excel.
- Seamless Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end execution of our events and projects. You will manage logistics, resource allocation, and ensure flawless coordination with our Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technical teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Fiscal Responsibility: Collaborate with the Finance department to manage operational budgets and optimize resource utilization, ensuring our operations are not only efficient but also profitable.
- Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all operations adhere to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and best practices.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader who possesses:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong Leadership: The ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
- Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation and organizational skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
